I just wanted to tell you all about a great little tent: the Lynx by Rockwater Designs. It comes in a two man or three man variety. It's got an outline kind of like one of those coffins you see in westerns - narrow at the foot end, slanting so it is wide at the shoulder and then narrowing again in the head area.
The thing that makes this tent special is the vestibule. It is HUGE! The vestibule makes up almost half the footprint of the tent. It has its own support hoop, so it has a kneeling height ceiling, and it has a door on either side. There's enough room to place your pack and change your clothes without entering the main body of the tent.
The setup is fairly easy. It has color coded clips so you know which way the pole goes. The only difficult part is the vestibule pole. It slides through a sleeve in the fly rather than being clipped in place.
